The Concordat On Open Research Data, developed by a UK multi-stakeholder group, is intended to help “ensure that the research data gathered and generated by members of the UK research community is made openly available for us by others wherever possible in a  manner consistent with relevant legal, ethical and regulatory frameworks.”

GuildHE and CREST members have been consulted on the overall goals and underlying principles of the Concordat and submitted a response to Research Council UK on 25th September 2015.
