As part of the celebrations of its 175th anniversary, and to celebrate the success of the Winchester Centre of Religions for Reconciliation and Peace, the University of Winchester is offering a fully funded PhD studentship to Home/EU students.

To celebrate the success of the Winchester Centre of Religions for Reconciliation and Peace, the University of Winchester is offering a fully funded PhD studentship to Home/EU students. We are seeking talented, enthusiastic and highly motivated individuals to become part of our expanding and vibrant postgraduate research community.

Applicants are expected to have a track record of high academic achievement, relevant to the discipline being applied to, demonstrated by a first-class or upper second undergraduate Honours degree and/or a Master’s degree (or equivalent) and supported by two academic references. The studentship covers full-time academic fees for UK/EU students and a maintenance grant. Awards commence on 1 December 2015 and are for up to three years full-time. Renewal of the studentship each year is subject to satisfactory academic progress. The stipend for 2015-16 is £14,057.
