This training session, led by experts from Vitae, will introduce those supporting researchers in CREST research offices and professional services to the Researcher Development Framework (RDF) Planner, the principles of Professional Development Planning (PDP), and equip them with the tools and skills to deliver training back at their home institutions.

The RDF can be an invaluable tool for research students and those that are supporting them, early stage researchers, and even more senior academics looking to develop their professional skills in targeted ways. The online tool provides a flexible space for logging training completed, documenting progress and developing goals and targets for the future.

To register your interest in attending email your name, institution, and email address to Tijana Close, CREST Research Network Coordinator by 31 May 2016. Places are limited and will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis.

The event is free to attend for researchers and support staff at CREST Member institutions.
