The aim of this symposium is to promote postgraduate study to undergraduate students, stimulate an interest in research, and encourage the exchange of information/ideas and integration between disciplines, by exhibiting the research undertaken by the postgraduate community from several specialist universities across the United Kingdom.

Call for Abstracts

Abstracts for research projects related to historical, contemporary and future rural and agricultural issues are invited for submission for Writtle College’s 1st interdisciplinary arts and science symposium.

This call is open to all postgraduate students, from both taught and research programmes, in Agriculture, Animal Science, Art and Design, Conservation Management, Equine Science, Horticulture, Landscape Architecture and Post Harvest Technology.

Abstracts of a maximum of 300 words should be submitted by Monday 1st September to:
