As part of the ambitious strategy for research, innovation and knowledge exchange, BGU is pleased to announce the second round of PhD studentships in the ‘Future Research Leaders’ programme. BGU is offering up to six full time studentships in History and Education to commence in Summer 2017. The projects build on the successes in REF2014 which demonstrated world leading research across BGU submissions, and align with the strategic focus on interdisciplinary research which adheres to the principles of open data.

Successful candidates will receive a bursary of £14,000 per year plus tuition fees for up to four years to study at BGU. The PhD is awarded by the University of Leicester under the validation partnership.
