The 16 days of Activism against Gender Based Violence Campaign is an annual campaign which runs from November 25th (International Day against Violence against Women) to December 10 (International Human Rights Day).

Each year the campaign has a theme. This year, the theme is education with a focus on the relationship between gender based violence and education from a local, national and international perspective including:

  • The right to education in situations of violent conflict
  • The right to education in relative peace
  • The right to education in a variety of educational settings

The NCSPVA is pleased to invite you to the launch of the 16 days of Activism against Gender Based Violence with an event in which key speakers will talk about the link between education and gender based violence locally, nationally and internationally.
